Since then, we have constantly extended the range of services and the resolution of the digital representation of our organizational activities. This system, now developed and driven by CREDEMUS, covers the complete business system—from the first idea for a product, through product creation, manufacturing, and logistics, to supplier and customer order processing, and global communication and marketing.

In our digital mass customization platform, we have about 3000 modules with technical, commercial, manufacturing, and combinational attributes. The digital product generator combines all viable modules and creates the respective more than 1 million products. For each of these, it creates individual data sheets and bills of materials through logical combinations of the module attributes.
Because this system is directly connected to the inventories of the relevant components the system can calculate the real-time, built-to-order delivery information for an uploaded online data sheet with the individual pricing information of the logged in customer. With the same technology, the system creates the individual “No Language Instructions” for our assembly operators which only contain icons, pictures, videos, article numbers, and warehouse addresses and represent the complete assembly process in consecutive step windows.
From Analog Technology Crafting To Digital Mass Customization
We replaced the flexibility of Analog Technology Crafting with masses of digitally created products and easy-to-use filtering systems for identifying specific items. Product development now occurs in version spaces, with logistics and manufacturing driven by digital systems. Web shops fully document product offerings, providing in-depth explanations. A digital system supports the entire sales funnel, feeding into a vast database, with sales activities differentiated across multiple dimensions.
We've developed a unique solution to enhance the customization of "Analog Technology Crafting," combining it with high-volume processes to achieve repeatability and quality.
