Excellent Technologies
Over the years, we’ve evolved from a single-location company into a global group, with team members spread across the world. Together, we’ve developed three key capabilities that define our company and set us apart in the market. These technologies power our three product brands: POSITAL, UBITO, and CODORMO.
High-Performance Signal Tuning: Instead of developing proprietary technology in low-volume contexts, we adapt integrated circuits from high-volume applications and fine-tune them with self-designed algorithms to meet our specific market needs. This capability has been instrumental in the success of our POSITAL industrial and kit rotary encoders and inclinometers.
Wiegand Energy Harvesting: For applications where counting the number of revolutions on a shaft is crucial, Wiegand technology has emerged as a superior alternative to traditional mechanical and battery-buffer solutions. As pioneers in this field, Wiegand technology provides a significant competitive edge, which led to the creation of the UBITO brand, helping companies worldwide integrate this cutting-edge solution into their industries.
Digital Mass Customization: Our unique cloud-based digital platform enables us to manage an extreme level of complexity, delivering millions of built-to-order products within 24-72 hours from local assembly plants around the globe. This platform has transformed our high mix–low volume business model, giving us a strong competitive advantage and opening doors to new markets where customization and rapid delivery are essential.
