He started his career in 2007 at FRABA Inc. as a product manager for POSITAL America. In October 2011 he transferred to FRABA Pte, Singapore to support our growth in POSITAL Asia. He currently manages our business for Australia, Korea, South and South East Asia. He was elected as a partner in 2016.

After his graduation he worked as a research associate at the cryogenic laboratories of the Gerhard Mercator University, Duisburg. He then joined FRABA in 2000 where he led the development of a new technology platform for our optical encoder product line. He was elected as a partner in 2007.

He started his career as a researcher at the German Aerospace Center (DLR) in Cologne. In 2012 he joined FRABA GmbH as product manager for magnetic encoders and Wiegand sensors and in 2018 he became cell leader of our VITECTOR business unit. He was elected as partner in 2019.

He started his career at POSITAL GmbH in 2008 as product manager. After 2 years he moved to CENTITECH GmbH in the role of technology officer leading the electronics development team. He was elected as a partner in 2016.

He started his career as a junior consultant at Booz,Allen+Hamilton in Duesseldorf. He then founded an advertising company which he closed two years later. Then he joined McKinsey and spent more than five years as a consultant in Duesseldorf, Rio de Janeiro, and New York. In late 1993 he joined FRABA as one of the founding partners.

He started his career as a researcher at the Philips research labs in Aachen in 2000. After 1 year he became product development manager at Philips Extreme UV. In 2008 he joined FRABA and was elected as partner in 2014.

He started his career with a trainee program at NEC in Sagamihara, Japan. He then spent 4 years with the Fraunhofer-Institute for Laser Technology in Aachen. In 2000 he joined FRABA and was elected as a partner in 2004.
In 2009 he relocated to Singapore to develop our business in Asia.

He started in FRABA CONISTICS Sp. z o.o. Poland in 2006 as duplication driver. In 2010 joined the POSITAL team as Product Officer and in 2015 he became Cell Leader of CONISTICS Sp. z o.o. He was elected as a partner in 2015.

He started his career in IT department of Gerling insurance in Cologne. In 2003 he joined FRABA and took over all IT relevant topics. During this time he was responsible for development of a fully integrated IT system at FRABA. He was elected as a partner in 2014. Since 2014 he is responsible for Rotary Encoder Market in EMEA region.

He started his career at VITECTOR in 2002 as product manager. In 2006 he became the CEO of VITECTOR. In 2012 he took over the leadership of the main production plant in Poland, CONISTICS. In 2016 he moved to our subsidiary in Singapore to build up production and supply chain for the Asian market. He was elected as a partner in 2014.

He started his career in 2014 at FRABA GmbH as product manager for POSITAL Europe. In August 2015 he joined the production and logistics team in CONISTICS Sp. Zo o.o of which he became leader in January 2016. Since 2021 he is leading the market CREDEMUS, Digital Transformation. He was elected as partner in 2019.

He started his career early 2000 working in small, medium, and large sensors companies. He developed expertise in Sales and Marketing (operational and Strategic Marketing), in EMEA and United States. He joined Fraba in 2017 to develop France activities. He was appointed partner in 2021 and develops Spain as well since 2022.
